Ordering Guidelines

With custom products for every budget, at Velocé Speedwear we try our best to make it as painless as possible to get your custom order processed and delivered in a timely matter.

 

Instead of downloading templates or having our customers confused with color selection, at Velocé we believe in direct communication with our clients, this is key to fully understand each of our clients’ needs.

 

If you have your logos and artwork already done! You can send them to use, just make sure they are in vector format (.AI or .EPS files are prefered).

 

We will accept other formats such as .JPG .TIFF of .GIF but we can not warantee they look 100% the same since our designers will have to re-do those logos.

DESIGN DEPOSIT $45.00 USD

In order for us to start working on your custom design, we need you to place and pay you Design Deposit. This deposit will be later credited to your account when you place your custom order.

The Design Deposit will not be credited or refunded if an order is not placed.

Once the deposit is received we will start working on a design proposal specific to your order. all new or updated design proposal may take up to 3 business days to be sent, and they will be sent as JPG files.
